    Dick’s advice in Henry VI, Part II, notwithstanding, remind leadership that the organization’s reputation is its most important asset. How the public perceives the organization is critical to its health and longevity. And prove the importance of reputation by pointing out to leadership the numerous studies that have shown that a good reputation can be a mitigating factor in crisis situations.
